as said by other a schedule of rates is a list of materials and quantity, price also known as bill of quantities, in construction industry. (electrician myself)

bill of quants can include labour and material prices ie

qty description unit price line price
2 13a socket £15.46 £30.92

where £15.46 includes labour and material and profit.

I suppose that would be similar to a BOM - Bill of Materials. It would include all parts needed for an assembly, material, part number and quantity per assembly.
