No. Their saliva has some mild antiseptic properties, as does all saliva; but thats before it reaches their mouths.
Cats mouths are notorious for being dirty; they don't clean their teeth and they lick their behinds and feet. Their tongues have a very rough surface that traps bacteria.
Tiggywinkles wildlife hospital treat all birds/animals bitten by cats with antibiotics as the bites always get infected.

not antiseptic but they do have a variety of bacteria that can aid healing but also can cause infection.
getting a bite from a cat is very serious because when the saliva enters the wound, and the nite isnt treatedsatraight away, it will undoutably become infected.
also, they have rough tongues because as do a number of other animals such as the possum, cats clean themselves using their tongue and saliva.

antiseptic is Something that discourages the growth microorganisms, so no cats do not have antiseptic tongues
I checked out the website that was posted and it said Cats take advantage of the antiseptic PROPERTIES of saliva, it doesn't mean it's an antiseptic

No. Not at all. In fact, a bite from a cat is twice as likely to become infected than almost any other animal bite. In part due to their rough, hair like tongue. Holds lots of bacteria that doesn't affect the cat.

Cats and dogs have very dirty mouths and a bite can make you very ill. I have been bitten by a cat and was very ill and had to have a mix of antibiotics to cure the infection which started very quickly.

No. Cats' teeth and tongues are highly contaminated. On the other hand (literally!) so are our own fingernails, which is why you shouldn't bite them!
