Mine is to do more exercise walking, swimming, horse riding. Can't do gyms!

Mine are:-

1. Exercise 3 times per week (either badminton or classes at the gym... get bored doing the machines)
2. Eat more healthily
3. Drink less!

Mine WAS to loose ONLY 0.6 pounds a week this way I could achieve my goal around november but so far I'm lost 2 pounds this past 6 days so I'm SUPER happy!

To be frank with you i really don't see the point in making resolutions anymore in my case because i've been making the same ones for the past 10yrs and i haven't been able to do anything about them, so i just called it quits loool!!!!

man is Psycho-Somatic i.e., mind and body. when ur mind is healthy ur body will also be helathy. mind reflects on body. u must have excercise to mind and body. u must have love and mercy in ur mind.-do not mind the worries and tension. love means simply feels sorry when u see a sufferer and mercy means u do something to relieve him of his suffering whetherfinanciully or physically.
secondly one should excercise with in his capacity-if in excess it will cause diseases like hypertrophy of the heart etc. abstaining from excersises may cause obesity. ur excercises shld be continued gradully reduced upto ur death.

Mine are
1) Eat more healthily
2) Have fun fun fun !!
3) Concentrate on exams n stuff.
They will be broke by February though so i don't know why I bother making them !!!!

1) lose weight
2) get this one guy<3
3) not be so hard on myself
4) pamper myself once in a while
5) not care what people think
6) be happy
7) start studying & do amazing on the SATs

make more money! and finally clean the junk and stuff i dont use anymore out of my house! time to be clutter free.
