It’s just I never know when the right time for me is. I am a 24 year old guy, and what I would really like to know is, is it normal for a guy like me not to be ready for sex? And what do I tell the girl, when I do have my first sexual experience with her?

OMG where are you??!! u r perfect... it is ok. You know most guys are """ready""" for sex after puberty, but they just think of it as an experiment and then a cool think to pleace them... there are some men (like 5% of all the men out there) who wait until they are ready even to marriage... and that I think is adorable... just tell the girl how you feel there is not a reght age or time to do it... if someone insults you or something because of this don't bother nor pay attention to it... it is nice to hear that there are men like you still out there... I thought my cousin had married the last one...lol...

At 20, I already feel confident in saying that never is a good time for a person to be ready for that kind of stuff. Sex changes a relationship, A LOT, and it's hard to predict those kinds of changes. I've had sex with a couple different girlfriends, and the changes that I saw have been extremely different each time. But if your show of love is there and it is sincere, it can change the relationship for the better.

There's also worry about the girl getting pregnant. I know that having children out of wedlock isn't such a big deal anymore, but being married and then having a child makes it so much easier to prepare and be able to support mom and baby. Plus, it'll be easier to gain the support of mom's parents if you're married.

If you tell a girl that you would rather wait for sex, you'd probably be earning a lot of points with her. Most of the guys I have been friends with, and myself included, are rather reluctant to wait, for reasons unknown. You, on the other hand, are attempting to accomplish what few men can.

I think its flattering. It takes alot for a guy to admit it, and hunny if she's not new to it, she'll show you the ropes. Its really not that hard, you'll flow together, it'll be good. If you aren't ready, so what? You will be, when you find the right person. I waited till I was 20, that was hard for me cause all my close friends are a bunch of guys that lost their virginity's way before I did. There isn't a need to rush. When you find the girl you want to sleep with, tell her that you're a virgin, she'll think that she's a really special girl cause you waited for her, believe me.

Marriage, There is more to sex then just "sex". It is meant to be a holy union between a man and a women, after marriage. It is the way God intended it. There is nothing wrong with waiting until that moment, contrary to popular belief. I applaud those who would stand up and do that which is right, instead of just going with the flow, just to fit in.

Well if she is falling all over you then yeh go for it. If you really like her and want more then sex then take it slow and you both will know when the time if right. Be honest at all cost about it.

There is no right time for everyone. It's an indiviual thing. The tricky part is knowing when she is ready. Take it slowly and she will let you know if she is or isn't ready.

usually guys are ready by 16... maybe you have low testosterone or a thyroid problem. the average age is 16... after puberty.

dont do anything with a girl until you feel ready.

I think someone is ready when they find someone who they honestly have a connection with I mean honestly they really really want more then to sleep with them, When you are a mature responsible understanding patient person.

You just tell her. She will be flattered that you waited until the time was right, and that you decided that the time was right with her. Believe me...
