Tell your parents and have them make a police report. Otherwise, make sure all your doors and windows are locked and curtains closed. If he can't see in then maybe he won't stop to look. If you ever see him looking in your window again call 911 and have him arrested. Stay on the phone with the police dispatcher until the police arrive. Give them the best description you can of the person in case he leaves the scene before the police arrive.

Sounds like this event has triggered a lot of anxiety...its sounds like it was scary. You really do need to talk to your parents about how you feel, not getting enough sleep at night can cause all sorts of stress-related illnesses, the most important thing here is to make sure you start getting a good peaceful sleep at night.

Another poster made a comments about the "what if's" only happening in your head, that is so true, but its difficult to overcome the fear. My advice to you would be not to fight the fear...thats usually what most of us do when we feel scared and it just makes it worse. Next time you are nervous and scared do some talking to yourself (doesn't have to be out loud!). Admit to yourself "Yes, I am feeling scared" try to think what else you are feeling, see what other words you come up with....keep telling yourself that its ok to be scared....there is nothing wrong with feeling scared...jsut don't fight it, and then you'll find that the fear may subside...instead of building. Here is something else that might work. Concentrate your breathing when this happens, brath deeply in tgrough your nose and out through your mouth and place your hand on your stomach while doing this, concentrate on how your abdomen feels filling up with air and then emptying again. try to breath in more deeply and more slowly each time and take your time doing it.

I hope this helps.

was he looking in your home? if he was i would call the police and have them take care of it, but if he was just there and then notice you he may not have wanted you to think what you are thinking now. I would say if you are real scared then you need to talk to your parents because this coulg be a big problem with you in the end no matter if the guy was doing something intenshily or not. It could open your mind to other things that would make you fear men or people in genral if you need to seek professional help.

Lock your doors windows, and close curtins, keep a phone in your room or some way to get to your parents incase anything happens.

Good luck and god bless
