I am getting married in October, and I really want to get rid of the extra weight I have. I am not fat, but I would just like to tone up. I have tried work out tapes, and its too hard to get to the gym with my schedule...any suggestions????

first you must drink at least 8 glasses a day. It also helps suppress your appetite. Drink a glass when you wake up in the morning and before you go to asleep. Drink also a glass before every meal. And if you exercise, drink before, in the middle, and after your exercise routine. This helps you lose water weight,
if you drink cold water with ice then extra calories are burned because the body can not utilize the water in its cold state. So it has to bring it to normal body temperature first.
Eat lesser than usual and also eat more often..do some simple exercise like walking.walking for an hour will help you burn 250 calories..

My favorite is the south beach diet you loose alot fast with their meal bars and pizzas. Or you could do the special K challenge a friend of mine lostalot with that one. Exersize is the healthiest way.
