A pleasant personality is always at the top of the list. That means no drama, no hysterics, stable, and feminine. Even a woman who's lacking in the looks department can easily land a man if she's good to be around. No guy can put up with a crazy chick for long.

I think the MOST important thing for me personally would be, that I feel a sense of comfort and welcoming when I'm around a girl. I think all guys can agree that we like to feel socially accepted when we're around the girls we like. I like a girl that has a sense of humor; someone that I can make jokes with and KNOW that she's enjoying it as much as I am. I like a girl that doesn't feel like she has to prove anything to me, whether it be looks, popularity, or wealth. She has a grasp on the fact that I like her just the way she is, and she doesn't have to change anything for me.
Thank goodness I have a girlfriend with all those traits. :)
Oh, and you can forget looks or sex talent.... The guy you WANT to be with won't care about those things.

Personality...
I know thats very broad. For me I love a great smile and a girl with bubbly outgoing personality. Somebody that is always smiling easy to talk to and fun to be with.
I would say I am most immediatly attracted to a great smile

As much as anything, I think is self confidence. I know when I see a lady who has enough confidence in herself, that really turns me on. Confidence, but not arrogance. Nice smile that's always available.
