Odd question. Most people understand that tuna (especially packed in water) and onions are healthy. The determining factor is the mayo. How much you use and if you are using a fat free version. Also are you going to eat your tuna on bread? If so whole wheat would be healthier than white.
But all in all you are choosing a fairly healthy item to eat. Beats a burger and fries.

Sure it is healthy as long as you do not overdose on the mayo. Drain tuna, dice very small 1 stalk celery ans 1/3 part onion and mix all together. Pepper only. Then if you love onions like I do, slice very thin a red onion and place on top of tuna. If you are really heart healthy (day before) take plain yougurt and place in a sieve with cheescloth and add a weight to the top. Refrigerate overnight, discard liquid. Take 1/3 cup yogurt to 1/3 cup mayo. Tatstes great, less saturatrd fats

Hi yes it healthy, but the thing is mayonnaise is really bad for you but i suppose if you use the light mayonnaise then you will be ok.
If you only have it one day a week you will be fine.

If you use fat-free or lite mayo, yes.
Try slicing some stuffed green olives into it--I LOVE it that way!
