Wikipedia lists a lot of national emblem animals, including the US's bald eagle. However, there is none listed for Israel.

On an unrelated note, did you realize the national animal for France is the Gallic Rooster, also known as the Gallic C.o.c.k?

I can't find an animal listed, but in the Old testament, the symbol for the tribe of Judah was a lion.
