So for teachers or school workers, what do you adore most about your students/teens? And like when they give you compliments or something do you feel good? What do you like most about them?

I work in a small school so I know every student by name and I think that they like being told good morning and being called by name. I love to see them smile. One student I have been working with has started to thank me every time we work together, that has made me want to work with him more and I know that he appreciates me too!
What I adore is they are learning soo much soo fast, plus they are learning to be with friends and adults

The best thing to see in a youth.. the most perfect! is to see them with goals, comapassion, maners, hard working, clean, classy, friendly to all nationalities and ages.. and God fearing.
The reason why this combination is so perfect.. is because when a teen is successful in this area of their lives... I respect them.. and admire them.. and look forward to them being the future of my country.... and even look at them as someone I would want for my son in law or daughter in law.
I want to see in them... what God originally brought them in this world to be and do!

I teach second grade and absolutely love how enthusiastic children are....they really want to please and when you give them a chance to be themselves and express themselves they thrive. It's a great feeling. It's wonderful to give them the praise and the help they need to feel good while learning and they give so much more in return. Kids in general are loving and caring...you see a lot of good in children when you teach them.

i like seeing them express them selfs in uniqe ways but i also like seeing them express them selfs as muture adults because one day they have to join us
