They are in Costa Rica, Haiti and assisted in Katrina- to list a couple. You can live on the ship- they're building hospitals and are in need of volunteers -from building to housekeeping. Whatever you can do they and a multitude will benefit from. God bless.

Would you like to work in India? In the himalayan region of Uttranchal? I have a Nature park which is a small conservation area privately dedicated by me and have school children participating in eco awareness programs of UNEP. Our slogan is SAVE HIMLAYAN PHEASANTS and work towards habitat building also, as well as our group has adopted a village under poverty alleviation program to promote their local talent and making tourists visit the village through conducted tours to help make the village earn money and get exposure to overseas/visitors from metros. Nature Park's e mail is natureparkindia2000@rediffmail.com. We shall ffer you accommodation and basic aminities but you have to contribute towards your upkeep which is very nominal. There are many opportunities out there where your help is greately needed and appreciated. You can list yourself in a volunteer directory such as Volunteer Match. I search for volunteers through them and always find excellent volunteers for all types of work that my organization does.

Go to their website: http://www.volunteermatch.org and give it a try. If you need help, write to me.
