Do milder cases of Peyronies Disease ever clear up on their own over time? Accepting answers from either health care professionals, or personal experience. Thank you

No this condition will not self-correct. The only "cure" is to surgically remove the plaque, and implant a penile device for the patient to achieve an erection.
