People, please educate yourselves before answering a question.
Contrary to popular opinion, these tiny spots do not indicate a fertilized egg. Rather, they are caused by the rupture of a blood vessel on the yolk surface during formation of the egg or by a similar accident in the wall of the oviduct. Less than 1% of all eggs produced have blood spots.
As an egg ages, the yolk takes up water from the albumen to dilute the blood spot so, in actuality, a blood spot indicates that the egg is fresh. Both chemically and nutritionally these eggs are fit to eat. The spot can be removed with the tip of a knife, if you wish .

As most of the others say, it was probably blood and the egg was fertilized and a chick was forming. However, that is no reason to throw it away. There is no real difference between than egg and a non-fertilized one as far as nutrition goes. Before egg farms keeping the hens in cages, most eggs were fertilized. It's perfectly safe to eat. If the idea doesn't appeal to you, feel free to throw it out, but that's a personal choice.

All eggs are destined to be chicks... and the one you got was just a little further along in the process than the egg manufacturers would have liked. It won't hurt you or anything. I'm assuming you eat both eggs AND chicken? So no big deal. Don't let people on here freak you out, your egg was a little imperfect.

the redish pinkish tint of the liquid would be a start of a baby chick and when you find that just throw it away

Throw it out! That pink is the embryo of a baby chick! It never should have made it past inspection!
