So my best friend Anthony is 24 and he confides to me in everything. Well the other day he told me he wanted to get CIRCUMSIZED!! I was soo surprised because of his age since I thought that's something they do to baby boys not grown men!! Anyway I tried to talk him out of it b/c I think it's a BAD idea and his future girlfriends may not sleep with him if he has it done. Any suggestions to stop him from doing it??
He actually showed it to me and I don't think it looks bad at all!! I don't know why he wants to rid himself of his foreskin!!

why wouldn't he want too? men can have it done too, not just little babies. why wouldn't future girlfriends sleep with him? its really quite common now days, its not just a religious thing anymore. its easier for a boy/guy to be cleaner without the foreskin, he's not so prone to infection in that area either.
in any case, its your job as a friend to just be supportive of what ever he decides, not to make the decision for him.
and should he decide to do it---he's going to be sore for a few days so offering to help with chores or errands would be helpful to him.

The only reason a man should be circumsized past childhood is because of rare complications such as tearing of the foreskin or some STDs damaging it. The procedure will be VERY painful, and he'll likely lose a lot of sensitivity and may develop sexual disorders (research on that last note is conflicting).
His penis looks exactly how it should. As long as he's taking care of basic hygiene, tell him if it's not broke, don't fix it.

Men get circumsized all the time. Most Men get a circumcision because it's easier to keep a circumsized penis clean. There's nothing unhealthy about getting a circumcision. Life will be easier for him. I should know...I was 17 when I got mine.
But a word of warning...The recuperation after surgery is quite painful.

a dick is a dick. tell him he doen't need to. but if it makes him feel more confident, then let him. this is obviously somthign that botherse him inside. girls will still sleep wiht him are you kidding haha . the majority of my buddies are circumsized, my byofriend isn't but hell its all the same, really it is.

It's really his decision. I assume you've never been with a man that was not circumsized? Well, it can be very nasty. Nastier than the nastiest woman.

I'm surprised you think its ok. It's actually very unhealthy to be uncircumcised and its been proven that men who are uncircumcised run a higher risk of gettings STD's. I think he's doing the right thing, and I'd be surprised if women didn't think the same.

well i think bein curcumsized is stupid so just ask him whats wrong with it why do you want it done, if its for religious reasons id say let him have his freedom

that's completely fine if that's what he wants to do and yes women will still sleep with him, it's just extra skin removal :) :) :)
