The internet has helped the way I worship in that I listen to services online. The internet has not caused an apostasy. People teaching falsehoods has helped cause an apostasy. Saying that you donnot have to obey God and waterying down truths etc. has caused the apostasy.

Because it helps people see that there are other options besides Christianity. People go to websites like http://www.Ex-Christian.net and find out that there's a lot of other people who had the same questions they did. They also get into debates on forums with both other Christians and non-Christians.

It just opens up a world of options.

It's allowed evangelicals to spread their warped beliefs to a wider audience but that has backfired because it's exposed their mindless dogma and prejudice for all to see. Without the internet I wouldn't have been aware just how nutty they were.

The death of christianity is something to celebrate and not something to mourn over, think of it this way with all the bloodshed over the centuries the religion/relationship of christianity has finally reaped what it has sown.
