Eggs are good 2-3 weeks after the date. They recommend you use older eggs for easy peeling in recipes like deviled eggs.

Normally, they are good until 1 week after the sell by date.I normally buy eggs and find that they are good for another week fr the day i purchased them based on what they put on the best b4 date. But u shld also consider the number of days it take to reach the market. Its always better to use them at once to make sure they are really fresh.

I've had egg in my fridge that were still good 2 mths after exp date. It depends on the temp and where you store them. Also if they are fresh or store bought.
