Eggs are good 2-3 weeks after the date. They recommend you use older eggs for easy peeling in recipes like deviled eggs.

Normally, they are good until 1 week after the sell by date.I normally buy eggs and find that they are good for another week fr the day i purchased them based on what they put on the best b4 date. But u shld also consider the number of days it take to reach the market. Its always better to use them at once to make sure they are really fresh.
