If god has nothing to do with it, then the wrong people could get the money and use it in bad ways. basically god would be relenting control over something to something else making him suddenly powerless. hmmmm... also, how can god have a master plan if he doesn't control everything?

He has and He does, you pick to suppress the info in the previous you. Romans a million:18-25 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven adverse to all ungodliness and unrighteousness of adult men, who by way of their unrighteousness suppress the reality. (19) For what might want to be commonplace about God is undeniable to them, because God has shown it to them. (20) For his invisible attributes, specifically, his eternal ability and divine nature, were obviously perceived, ever because the creation of the international, contained in the flaws that were made. so as that they are without excuse. (21) For in spite of the undeniable fact that they knew God, they did not honor him as God or supply attributable to him, yet they grew to grow to be futile of their questioning, and their stupid hearts were darkened. (22) Claiming to be sensible, they grew to grow to be fools, (23) and exchanged the distinction of the immortal God for photos such as mortal guy and birds and animals and creeping issues. (24) for this reason God gave them up contained in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies between themselves, (25) because they exchanged the reality about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature particularly than the author, who's blessed continually! Amen. Luke 16:31 He stated to him, 'in the experience that they do no longer listen Moses and the Prophets, neither will they be confident if someone could upward push from the useless.'"

no, God's interests lie in spiritual things and the war against Satan for the souls of mankind.
God could easily influence who wins the lottery
but I doubt there is reason for Him to do that.

SATAN DOES! He said he would give it to Jesus!
(Mat 4:7) Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
(Mat 4:8) Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
(Mat 4:9) And saith unto him, = = ALL THESE THINGS WILL I GIVE THEE, = = if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
(Mat 4:10) Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
Satan uses Man's Greed to Polute Society and the Structure there of!
Thanks, RR

No, it is not. Thou shall not covet. That means you should not want. Greed and vanity come from wealth that is unearned. You should not test God. Many blessings.

Oh, noooooooo..that would be greed. "God" gives you what you NEED, not what you WANT. Nobody "needs" a million dollars. Just ask a po' xian.
