The only freeware one, that I know of, is SimpleOCR. You can download it at the link below.

Sadly, ABBYY do NOT do a freeware version of any of their OCR software. They do a trial version that lasts for 30 days.

after you scan it. go into paint and open it. then take the eraser and erase whatever you dont want. then take the text too and write. the colors will probually be different. so take the eyedropper tool and click on the scaned paper, then take the paint bucket and fill the discollored aera.
