Okay... I feel pretty lost... My parents taught me to be a Christian... but i feel like there's something wrong... they say that homosexuals go to hell and that people who don't believe in God will go to hell and the people who just do GOOD but don't bellieve in God go to hell as well...

Isn't it unfair though to the homosexuals and the non-believers? What i mean is... why would God send his creation to hell? I don't understand, my parents also say that God is LOVE, how is that love? I am just very confused because i know my father and mother would love me no matter what... whether i was bad or good... I'm not saying people who intentionally do bad things should go to heaven... but shouldn't they have a second chance before entering hell?

Wow. sounds like you have heard the rough side of things more than God's love and forgiveness.

It's true that those who reject God's Love and forgiveness will be sent away.
But it's not about God sending them there.
If fact near the end of Revelation it talk about those who have lived contrary to the Lord's ways...but ti'snot about God sending them off....their own choices and lifestyle is what caused them to go there.

The Lord offers us life and love and forgiveness so we can be in fellowship with Him. Then hell doesn't even have to be an option. But for those who surn that option (2 Peter Chap 3) there will be a great price to pay.

John 14.6 "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No man comes to the Father except by me."

Romans 10.9-11 "9 If you use your mouth to say, "Jesus is Lord," and if you believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, you will be saved. 10 We believe with our hearts, and so we are made right with God. And we use our mouths to say that we believe, and so we are saved. 11 As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be disappointed."

Hope that helps.

"I feel pretty lost... "

Given what you have written, I completely understand. It looks like you are longing for something more compassionate. More understanding of human foibles and imperfections. Something that is more reflective of the divine creation that you see all round you. In fact, what you long for, wish for, is a more real, more adult to adult relationship with the divine.

Unfortunately, Christianity can't give you that. And I think, in your heart, you know this already. This is due to the "reward" and "punishment" construct within the religion. If you are good, and follow all the rules without question, you will be welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven. If you don't, if for some reason you find yourself unable to fit within the strict confines set out for you by these rules and regulations, you will be damned to the fires of hell.

There are no second chances. There is no room for individual expression and personal spiritual growth. There is only what you must do, or suffer the consequences. So I must ask you...

Is this a fair and true reflection of who you are as an individual? Are you unwilling to extend an olive branch to those who have made a mistake? Are you unable to give someone you care about a second chance? And further...

Are you open to the possibility, given the number of religions that are practiced on a daily basis on our planet, that there may be more than one way to traverse the mountain and reach the summit? Or do you believe that the only way is the Christian way?

If you are open to other means of spiritual expression, then I would suggest that you embark on a personal spiritual journey of discovery. It seems to me that you have moved beyond the parent/child relationship of reward and punishment as outlined in the bible, and are moving towards a more adult to adult relationship. A relationship that acknowledges that each and every one of us are at various stages of spiritual development. That to truly honor the divine spark that reside within us all, we must exercise compassion towards all human beings and all life on our glorious planet. And remember.

The divine spark that you hold within you, means, in essence, that you are a creator yourself. Thus you are more than capable of creating your own reality. That being the case, go on your spiritual journey of discovery and find the path that quite literally sings to your soul. Then you will be able to create from a place of knowledge, understanding, and compassion.

I think this is a false presumption on your part that says "good" people deserve to go to heaven. Our definition of "good" is different than God's definition. God says there is no "good" human accept Jesus Christ. In order to go into the presence of God, we must be perfect. Of course this is not possible this side of heaven, so God had to do something about our lack of goodness. He forgave all sins, past, present and future so that those who place their faith in that sacrifice and the person who did the sacrificing, that they could receive the very thing that is real and true salvation. Namely LIFE. If the wages of sin is death (biblically this is separation from God)...then what good does forgiveness do for a dead man? None, forgiveness is what the world had with the jewish sacrificial system. But forgiveness cannot impart life to the dead.
That is where the Holy Spirit comes in. When a person places their faith in Christ, then the Holy Spirit literally takes up residence in their spirit, guiding them to do the right thing. The Holy Spirit seals them, preserving them until they die or Christ returns. This means that it is not based on our performance but Christ's goodness and sacrifice and the endwelling and sealing of the Holy Spirit. It's not about being "good" enough to get to heaven. If only one sin in thought or deed kills us, we were all dead years ago. Salvation in Christ Jesus is forgiveness for all sins and is the only way we can recieve life....that very thing that left humanity when Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit. It repaired spiritual separation from God.

I don't know how your parents can say who is going to heaven and who isn't. That is ultimately between them and God. However in saying that...we can see sometimes by the labels we give ourselves, as to the state of our soul and our relationship with Christ Jesus. If a person is truly a born again believer in Christ Jesus, why are they still professing to be gay and proud? If they are believers, they know that homosexuality is a sin and so to embrace this shows a severe lack in understanding as to their relationship with God and therefore is strong evidence that a person has not really come to a place where they place their faith in Christ alone for their life and Godliness. Why do we find it so necessary to label ourselves according to our sexual preference? Do adulterers call themselves adulterers and proud? no they recognize it as a sin and call themselves "a child of God caught in the sin of adultry" and seek help out of it. IF a person says, "God made me this way and so I will embrace my adultrous nature by cheating on my wife every chance I get and if others question my salvation, I will attack them instead of allowing my spirit to be seared and humble myself before a just God". Being gay doesn't make you a saved christian anymore than it makes you a lost hellbound person. It's AGAIN, about Christ. It's pretty telling though as to where their heart and spirit is.

Death is inevitable. The thief on the cross knew when his would occur, but we can not predict our own. After his death, the crucified criminal went to live in paradise with Jesus. Some of us will also live eternally in God's presence. But others will experience everlasting torment, forever separated from Him.
If we receive Jesus as our Savior, our penalty for sin is paid. We are adopted into God's family, and Heaven is our eternal home. If we reject Jesus, we remain alienated from the Lord and under condemnation for our sin. We are destined to experience eternal judgment. God won't accept any of man's excuses because there is no acceptable defense for unbelief. (Acts 4:12)
Become part of God's family today. Acknowledge your sinfulness, and express your faith in these words:
"God, I have sinned against You. (Romans 3:23) I've followed my own way and refused to give You the right to rule in my life. (Romans 3:10-12) I recognize I am separated from You and cannot rescue myself. I do believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son. I accept the truth of the Scriptures? that His death on the cross paid my sin-debt in full. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4) And I ask You to forgive me of my sins. (1 John 1:9) By faith, I receive You, Lord Jesus, as my personal Savior from this moment on."
If you just spoke those words to God, then, like the thief on the cross, you have received salvation? a gift of God's grace. The heavenly Father welcomes every person who comes to Him through His Son, regardless of background, age, or current situation. Through Jesus, the right to enter paradise is yours!

you see God loves you even more so then your parents could ever love you....but we have choices to make in this life we have on earth....you are putting all the responsibility for your eternity on God only and that is not the way it goes.....yes God loves His creation....but how much does His creation love him?....he gives us all free will because he doesn't wish to force himself on us...he doesn't want his creation to be forced to love him, he wants us to love him on our own just as he does all of us....but we can make the choices that keep us from him and it grieves him....but you are no different than every one else , we all have to make a choice to love him back and follow him or reject him and lead ourselves to an eternity away from him....he is not the one who sends us to hell , we are....we do that all by ourselves by not receiving his love back and living to please him.....your mom and dad are right....it all comes down to this...Do you receive the Love he has for you or do you reject it and live a life away from him and an eternity away from him...and no there shouldnt be a second chance before you are sent to hell,, because you had a whole lifetime of chances to serve him and love him back...I hope you choose wisely

Of course your parents want the best out of their child, and giving them sound advice is paramont in growing up with something to believe in. However, God is an understanding one he forgives and he punishes us for our wrongs. Therefore believe in your parents and everything will work out fine...trustme.
