Avast and AVG are probably the best free antivirus programs around. Pick one or the other, both are good. Personally, I use Avast.

this is the one the pentagon used as my freind worked for them in the services its ok and cool http://www.grisoft.com/doc/1 set it up on a scegduler adn have it in start up menu.. also another good always wworking thing that removes trojans an watches you ( my other friend is a comp geek does programming hacking etc uses this) http://www.winpatrol.com/ you will see a little scotty dog on tray and it will bark ( a cute woof!)to alarm you that theres is something coming in and or to remove hidden things that attach to start up menu not visable.... its awesome
