You can use free software and either an optical mouse or a cheap graphics tablet. The only one worth bothering with is the Wacom volito, its about £30 from Amazon.

depends what you mean by draw. draw for me means stick figures...if you just want to doodle, desktop messager is free and fun

if you are an accomplished artist, then a Wacom tablet would be the thing; or use a tablet pc with software such as Corel Grafigo, Artrage or Autodesk sketchbook.....

You should have a program called Paint in your windows package.If you need something more sophisticated,something like Corel draw.

If u have a tablet screen that u can buy from any good pc stores then us that it updates onto the screen and they are relli good.
if not use paint:)

a tablet. on our other comp. we have a wacom. it came with a mouse and a pen. it had special drawing software for the pen and also a game. V. good (lost the pen) :(
