Chicken soup. the homaide is the best. boil you some chicken breast and when almost done put in some potatoes and what ever other veg you like. Some secret ingredents that are great is cilantroe and there are the seasoning cubes in the spanish isle of stores like krogers and they are called flavor bouillins. Get the one that is tomatoe with chicken flavor. And use that instead of salt. It's a sure bet to help with your stomache. Anything salty will stay down better. I'm not sure if your a pickle fan, but there are these chips called dill pickle chips by lays that also help me. But remeber to drink plenty of liquids!!!!!

If you can not eat much it is best to sip on ginger ale or coke and maybe eat some noodle soup and crackers. If you are not sick on your stomach drink plenty of orange juice and eat a good hearty breakfast lunch and dinner. If you don't feel like fixing much make it as simple as possible, If your stomach is upset then it is best just to try to keep down fluids. I hope you feel well soon.

Chicken soup is the old stand by. I like to eat spicy food when I have a cold. It clears up the congestion. But if you have the flu I'd stick with the soup. Grilled cheese & Tomato soup is good comfort food too. Soft scrambled egg, toast, crackers etc. If you're very congested avoid milk. It coats your throat and makes it worse.
Feel better soon!

My basic rules are:
--If it's a stomach thing and you can keep food down, eat nothing but foods that are white and unspiced. You may have to do that a few days to clear out your system.
--If nausea, chicken soup and plain crackers.
--If you can't even keep water down, one round of Alka Seltzer or a little baking soda in water (the box will tell you how much). Don't go more than 12 hours if you can't hold water down, you may need a Doctor's help. Don't want to get dehydrated.
--If you're sick with anything else, eat whatever you want.
--Oh, yea, thanks guys above, DRINK WATER

It's honestly better not to eat much at all. But if you feel weak and must eat, go with Jello or a clear broth or drink clear liquids. Eat some dry toast or soda crackers. If you feel ready for actual food, go with something gentle like Cream of Wheat or some rice.

Soup, for your meal, and for a drink: Hot tea or Orange juice. These are always the best. i always have that when im sick.. I always feel better, and remember to take good medicine before, so that the food washes down your pill.

Everyone already said it, but SOUP is really good for you when you are sick. If you have a sore throat the heat from the soup will help it feel better.

Soup is the best. Easy on the stomach, lot of water, nutrition, etc. The steam can help clear up a stuffy noise. On top of that the warmth of the soup can make you feel better.
