I'm not sure that hypocrites is the right word here, you could equally apply it to people who stay married but are no longer in love and have affairs. I think the word you are looking for is, human.

Marriage till death is a religious thing made by man for man.
God wants us all to be happy and grow and learn. For our souls to do that we must suffer pain, hardships, and yes, even divorce. He does not condemn you for it. He knows that souls who elect to be born again are coming back to the Earth plane to suffer and grow. By suffering our souls grow. That is a fact. If everything was bliss and nothing happens that shakes us up we would be at stalemate. We would go back to heaven the same as when we came.
Religions use this as a tool to keep there congregation in line. A church teaches us to follow the bible and Gods ten commandments. Nothing in the commandments says you have to stay in a relationship that is not good (abusive, unfaithful spouce, or more).
Pray to God he will tell you all you need to know.
Divorced Catholics are not sinners and they will not go to Hell.

Of course not. Yes, marriage is until death, and Catholics who obtain a civil divorce are still married in the eyes of God and of His Church. They are also still considered members of the Church in good standing, and can participate fully in the sacramental life of the Church. A Catholic who obtains a divorce and then marries again is still a member of the Church but is excluded from the sacraments because he/she is living in an ongoing objective state of adultery.

No, they aren't considered at all. The church will refuse to bless another marriage unless they've gotten an annullment from the church. But there are limits. Catholics that divorce are almost excommunicated but not quite. They can still come to church if they want but they're.... ignored kind of.

You question calls into my mind Matthew 7:1-2:
"Judge not, that you be not judged.
For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and the measure you give will be the measure you get.
There are many - many - warnings in the Bible about hypocrisy, because it's so easy a sin to commit.
Are you married? Yes/No?
If so, great. If not, someday, you might be.
If/when married, there is always the possibility (God forbid) you end up divorced.
Be careful who you judge, how you judge, and when. You might very well become a victim of your own standards.

no, not at all. there are viable reasons that are understood even in the Catholic church and annullments are granted - it's like a religious divorce. If the couple did not maintain the vows they took before God - then it's granted. it is not for trivial matters - matters that can be rectified if one or the other person is able to humble themselves and stop the "im always right and my feelings come first" attitude - it's for serious matters.

Absolutely. In numerous places throughout the Bible, Jesus personally condemned adultery, and He defined adultery as sex outside of a person's first marriage. All divorced Christians are adulterers, and therefore hypocrites.

If a person has high moral values, values that are so high that even they find it hard to live up to them, and then they fall short, would you call them hypocrites?? No, they are just humans.
If I followed your logic, then we should all try to lower our moral values in order to avoid being hypocrites. The lower our standards then the better we look, right?

Study thou the Catechism of the Catholic Church, read Pope John Paul II's book "The Theology of the Body" and THEN come back in and answer your own question.
