Research Lucid Dreaming Techniques. This is the study of maintaining conscious control while in a dream state.

Sorry, there is no cure for controlling your dreams. It actually is a way for you mind to exercise itself and relieve any tension that you underwent that day. It is very healthy for you to dream, and there is nothing wrong with dreaming. If you try to control your dreams it will be by having someone keep you awake 24/7. Hypnosis is not a good way to go either, as this opens up your mind for not so good things to happen in your life. It is also the same as the power of suggestion. What a illusionist uses to phych you to believe something is not there. I do not believe in them anyway, it is fake.

Many methods. There's a manual on Wikipedia.

I've never tried to hard on those things but I have controlled my dreams at random times. It's really fun.
