Can you create an answer, be it by research or by imagination, that creates links to the ancient history way before the Homo Sapiens era?
Was religion really a divine hand of light from the Omnipotent being that reaches down to Its creation as the path of life (Jewish, Christianity, Islam, Hindu, Buddha etc.)or was it a Grand Master Scheme on humans created by the Reptilians? (lookup David Icke at a web-search)
Or is religion maybe a very strong pigment of a whole accumulated imagination spawned throughout the history of mankind?Being as one species, we feel, think and act the same in the basic human issues, which also creates perception that we agree upon through mankind's evolution.(i.e.human beings are likely has the needs to search a more powerful form of itself, in order to 'blame' or 'take account of' something as a reason or an answer thay can not grasp...thus humans create the vision of an omnipotent being known as God to be held account to

Some of the religions are traditions of men and have varying origins. Others inspired of God. Others inspired by nature which were thought to be actions of gods. Some worship graven images idolizing lifeless statuary, symbols, or material wealth -- others worship people as 'living deity' incarnate. Still others prefer the total absence of religion from their existence.
The bottom line is there is true religion and false religion and things that make meager attempts to pass at religion and fail miserably.
It is not ours to judge these; merely to discern for ourselves which is the correct path to follow and live our lives accordingly. At some point in time appropriate to that true power which exists in the universe all will be known and hopefully we will have made the correct decision for ourselves.

There are really only 2 religions: God and man
God did not hold back telling man that He has always existed. That everything before man was created by Him and everything after man will be created by Him. God left us His word. Read the Book of Job. Mythology in the Bible goes back to Nimrod and Semiramus after the flood of Noah and the Tower of Babel-Babylon. Nimrod's wife had many names throughout the history of mankind up until today, but the old evil queen of heaven spawned many gods and goddesses. She works today. In the Bible God says, "We are without excuse" when it comes to believing in Him. Not only is His breath and Spirit within us which keeps us from denying Him, but He says He is life. He also says Life is in the blood. Read the Book of Job. He just about told Job, "Job who are you but a mere man questioning Me."
