Dont hold back, use your right of free speech whether for or against. Be honest and dont hold back because its not polically correct. Why should we fear retribution if Islam is a peaceful religion.

My opinion is its an evil religion that may or may not have good in it. the only problem is the good doesnt try hard enough to defeat the evil so the mojority of non islamic believers only see the evil. Obviously some of your answers are going to be very offensive to me but you know what, i dont care, i am expressing my right to free speech and so should you.

Also if its so peaceful there will be no answers that call me racist or anti islam because they are words of hate also.

Fraiser - I am not racist, i have not incited racial hatred and i agree racists are dispicaple.

What is a racist though? Muslims are offended by any comment that is made towards them that may put down who they are. If i call a muslim scum am i racist. NO. Do they tell the police i was racist yes. do i get charged yes.

Would the same happen if the person was white. NO

Is it one rule for one and another for the rest. YES

Does it need to stop. YES.

Religion is like smoking and should be banned in public places.

*~*لولو..... - you obviously dont have any idea about the political situation in britain now. The tide has turned and we are often percicuted for our skin colour due to this stupid political correctness. I know of a few people who have been beaten up by muslims because of there skin colour who have gone to the police only to be laughed out of the building. Young girls subjected to disgraceful acts because quote " there only white birds, what do they mean to us ". These girls are 12, 13 and are turned into heroin addicts and sex slaves to be used as toys by muslim men. 5 years ago my freinds sister who was only 13 at the time was raped by a muslim man and even though there was a prime suspect his family made up an allaby in order for him to get away with it.He then sued the police for targeting him due to his skin colour. The police are afraid to procecute muslims now because of the political climate unless its due to terrorism. A blind eye is applied to other crimes.

Just the facts

Why should the good take the blame for what the bad people do? In the Quran it says:
Surah 7 part 8 ayat 164: Say: Shall I seek a lord other than Allah, while He is Lord of all things? No person earns any (sin) except against himself, and no bearer of burdens shall bear the burden of another...

So if some idiots choose to do wrong things, there is no reason why the religion should have a bad name. The only reason non muslims hear about the evil so much is because the media portrays us like this.

How can calling you racist be a word of hate and unpeaceful? I'm not hurting you, and I don't intend to. Me calling you racist is also my freedom of speech. Am I not allowed my freedom of speech because I am muslim?

Edit: Police are scared to arrest muslims? LOL! I have SEEN police delierately try to assault a muslim who has not done anything until they get angry and do something so that the police can arrest him. Don't make up this crap on yahoo.

Edit: And what's this about muslim people beating up people and sex slaves? What has that got to do with Islam?

well, I don't agree with Islam either - there are quite a lot of versus that talk about killing non muslims etc and don't even get me started on the bombers especially the ones in Iraq as I am from Iraq and they are ruining my country.
However, for people to generalise that ALL muslims want to kill us is absolutely ridiculous and making silly stereotypes are going to get people no where.
I respect their religion just as I respect other religions

"Muslims are offended by any comment that is made towards them that may put down who they are. If i call a muslim scum am i racist. NO. Do they tell the police i was racist yes. do i get charged yes.

Would the same happen if the person was white. NO

Is it one rule for one and another for the rest. YES

Does it need to stop. YES."

Don't be so ridiculous

If you called a muslim scum then YES you are being racist and discriminative

and YES they will call the police as any other person would

and YES you will be charged because you deserve it

and if they said something racist to a non-muslim (NOTE I didn't say white like you did because muslims can be white - in fact a lot are) then they will be charged as well just like that man was charged for encouraging murder at that march.

honey, you need to wise up

To be honest I do not know enough about Islam to comment on your question and I would doubt that many Yahoo members know anything apart from what they perceive to be true in the papers, or the terrible terrorist outrages caused by fanatics which probably have little to do with the faith. The Irish have a violent history as do many nations but this has little to do with the people individually. All religions almost without exception have caused terrible things to happen but members of that religion for the most part peaceful and kind people.

Islam is a respectable religion, just like Christianity. However because of the media people have become scared. Give it a few years and everyone will be scared of a different group of people. Throughout history people have killed people and blamed it on religion (these people are opften xtremists who have mis inteprested the scrriptures) and if you look throughout history it is actually Christians have been responsable for most deaths. SO with this surely we should fear Christians not Muslims. Its just scaremongering by the media

There are parallels between the rise of facism in Germany and Italy, the Soviet Union and the expansionism of Japan in the thirties and the rise of Fundamentalist Islam. It is not merely a pernicious religious ideology but a political one too. Because of its lack of a hierarchy, even soi- disant moderate muslims can be forced to be coopted into extremism. I dare say the majority of ordinary Germans were decent people, but being seduced, deceived by an evil system, they were carried along in awave of terror and destruction which became WWII. Islam delenda est! for the ske of avoiding a catastrophic and ruinous WWIII. Free citizens in the West must use all their legal means to resist this insidious influence- persuade, debate by all means, but failing this ridicule and abuse are valid and potent weapons too. I fear that the state in its fawning compliance of PC practices, is failing in its duty to monitor the activities of these people, and where necessary take preemptive action. It would be a tragedy to slay an innocent, but a total catastrophe if the failure act killed thousands. For those that disagree, at best you are naive and misguided, at worst you are the enemies of democracy and civilisation and should be rooted out. I would not hesitate to offend a billion muslims if it would save just one western life!

'My peace I give to you, my peace go with you.' The words of a man revered and honoured as a great prophet by Mohamed.
Christians come from many races (Brotherhood of man) as do Muslims, so anyone who wishes to ignore the teachings of Christ, whilst still calling himself a Christian cannot be a racist. He has, however strayed from the path of Christianity as have some followers of Islam.
The way forward, is to seek a common path. There is no God but God. It'll take a brave Christian to argue with that, even though it's a quotation from the Koran!

I don't think you're a racist, I wouldn't even call you a religious bigot, since you haven't declared your religion, or lack of religion, I do think that a little humility and understanding for the many years during which western governments have tried to suppress Islam might not go amiss.

There is no such thing as a peaceful religion, unless it is a religion that no human has ever adopted!

Far and away the most violent religion on the face of the earth is Christianity. Millions have died in the name of it.

You also make the usual mistake of your kind by assuming that so called 'free speech' is without responsibility...well it isn't.
If you use this alleged 'free speech to unlawfully incite racial harassment then you will face the consequences and be prosecuted.

And yes...I do hate racists and I do think they should be made to learn the errors of their ways by being made to suffer. If you think that is me being hateful...you are right. It is because I hate them. I am sure you would disagree with me but I think racists are despicable and are the very lowest form of human life.

Peace to you

Express your views how ever you may wish to.

But i my self believe Islam is a religion of perfectness and peace.

This conception that you may got 'evil' where have you got that from? Do you follow so blindly on what people tell you?

The media gives mostly a negative image about Muslims

But you know what? They can as we Muslims know the truth, we fear Allah (God)

And truly I'm only bothered about what Allah thinks of Me, not you or any one, because Allah knows what my thoughts are and what is concealed wthin my heart and evil does not even come near it.

Continue as you wish.

Peace and blessings upon you!!

Are Christians perfect? Have Christians never had bad leaders?

- People's Temple, Jim Jones, Guayana, Jonestown, 913 death
- Branch Davidians, "Waco", David Koresh (Vernon Howell), 82 death
- The Family, Charles Manson, 8 death
- Jeffrey Lundgren, destructive Mormon splinter group, 5 death
- Order of the Solar Temple, 53 death
- Heaven's Gate, 39 death
- Aum Shinrikyo, subway gas attack in Tokyo, Japan, 1995
- Snake Handlers, Serpent Handlers
- Movement of Restoration of "Ten Commandments, in Uganda, 924 death

All of these are cults that were formed by the basis of christianity. Also, if you look back in history you'll find that before the crusades catholics were killing Arab nations in the name of God. This was has been fought for centuries before any of us were even born.
There is good and bad in all religions. There are people who take the word of God, whether is christianity, catholicism, jewish, or Islam, in bad ways. They try to become leaders to weak people and take advantage of them.
God has millions of names. But in the end, it is still the same God that we all believe in. Just because they call it Allah, doesnt mean he is not the God we talk about in American. The Iraqi Christians call God Allah in arabic, its just another language, thats all. In germany, spain, brazil, africa, and all other places, they call God by there language names.

Muslims are very giving, very loving, and very peaceful when you really get to know them. They will open their homes to anyone. Just think about it this way. They are being ridiculed by everyone in the world, wouldnt you have a grudge? I know i would. Give them a chance, they arent bad people, just their leaders who are out of their minds.
