He doesnt want to date anyone else and HE is concerned with where the relationship is going.
Also,you are not sleeping together right away and he isnt pressuring you. He is willing to respect however long it takes because he thinks you are worth the wait. Believe me,that's the surest way to tell if a guy really likes you. He willdoanything to win you over. Guys,of course,never admit to this. And yes, there are exceptions.....some people sleep together in the first few dates and it works out but I bet it works out more when you wait.
Now,if you have slept with him already....then it's a little harder to tell. then check my answer to how you know if he is falling foryou.

well there isn't a sure way because every guy is different.
but the most common case is:
they can make fun of you (in a nice way)
they remember the smallest conversations you have (very common)
they stare at you a lot (well you will need a friend to look out for this one)
and well it can be just obvious or you can have a gut feeling
