Omega-3. I swear that's the miracle vitamin these days.

Do you cleanse everyday? It's a bit of an odd question really, and you've got the gist a bit wrong. I've always understood water as helping you have clear skin with no blemishes etc. I've never associated it with oily skin.

However, a lack of vitamins can result in oily skin so may be you should eat more fruit and veg. Even a slight deficiency in vitamin B2 can cause oily skin. Nutritional yeast, wheat germ and organ meats provide both vitamin B5 and vitamin B2. Other good sources of vitamin B2 are whole grains, beans, nuts, and royal jelly. Buckwheat, black beans and whole rice are excellent to supply the body with iron and rejuvenate pate skin.

To cleanse oily skin, use oil-based products as they dissolve sebum effectively. Opt for oil-free moisturizers to maintain a shine-free complexion. Or, may be you should try a tea tree cleanser which would help you. For example tea tree & witchhazel cleansing and toning lotion from boots is really good.. But be sure to use a [very] light moisturiser afterwards or tea tree can have the opposite effect to what you desire...

If nothing else succeeds, go to the doctor and they will be able to help you..

Good luck!
Lorna

Oily skin can be a great thing when you get pregnant because your skin's elasticity is higher and you get little to no stretch marks. But if it is for your face I would get Glycolic Acid pads to clean your face with after you wash it with soap and water.

I don't know of any vitamins, but Neutrogena has a product called Oil Free Moisture that worked for me.
