i alreddy get my nails done and i wax my whole body i wear high heels and and stockings all the time, is there any one out there who thinks this is a good idea please answer me.

if you have the body to wear 40dd breast then do your thing, but if you have a small frame, then 40dd will be too big for you. You could always stuff a bra with balloons or socks or something, that way when you want to remove them and be a man it will not be hard to remove the breast.

If you are asking this question you are either:
A) Joking
B) Not ready for gender reassignment
Any reasonable, ethical doctor would not allow you to undergo hormone therapy, plastic surgery, breast augmentation, gender reassignment unless you have undergone many session with a counsellor to ensure that it is what you really want. This has a serious impact on your life and you have to be sure that it's what is truly right for you.
I suspect that this is an inflamatory question asked by a mindless dweeb who thinks they are being funny. If it's not the case, I suggest that you contact a reputable doctor and get in touch with a transgendered support group so that they can share their experiences with you so that you can make an informed choice.

if you want a 40DD bust size then go for it!!!!!!!!
I think A 40DD bust is a little big and it might take a while to get use 2!!!! Let me know how it goes after you get it done ok!!!!!!!!

But 40dd is huge.
Think what that will do to your back.

But you are not going to have a woman's body and nor will it look like one- you will have a blokes body with enormous breasts. Not a good look in my opinion but then it is only an opinion.
