===== This is just my beleif, one of many, I have no proof, all religions require loyalty, in christianity loyalty to paid to Jesus. The same way a marrage requires loyalty (unless you're a swinger) in a religion or beleive system loyalty is also required, if it weren't then the religion itself would break apart because it would have nothing holding it together =====
Jesus = Sacrafice
if a Father has a Kid
and the kid breaks a $300 vase
then the father has to pay for it.
The kid is just a kid, it doesn't know any better.
If God the creator, creates a creation
and the creation (us) sins and falls
the father will sacrafice himself to pay for his creation's sins
God is God and cannot physically die
so god comes on earth and physically dies
Accepting Jesus (acknowledging etc..)
means accepting a Creator's sacrafice.
===== FORCING people to accept Jesus is the worst idea ever. Beleiveing that Jesus is the only way to heaven is your beleife. But acting and treating it like it's truth is fundamentally wrong. It's an irritating, ignorant, close-minded marketing campaign. Even Microsoft isn't that bad. If you can't proove it, don't force it. Be a good guy and show people the benefits. The more you force, the farther away you are pushing people from God. It's their choice, let them decide.=====

Jesus is the Way
the only way to the father
there is no other path or avenue to take
He was sent here to take our sins upon himself so we could be reconciled to God and have forgiveness for our sins
He is the Truth
There are a lot of so-called "truths" running around this world. But if we are looking for fulfillment and something that will give us peace, Jesus is all the Truth we need.
He is the Life
In Jesus we find the Life we are missing. There is a void in our hearts that needs to be filled. When we aks God to forgive us for our sins and we find life in Jesus Christ. He died for our sins and was raised to life again ro we might find life in Him and leave our old life of death and sin behind.
John 14.6 means exactly what it says.
Jesus is the Way, The Truth and the Life
Romans 10.9-11 "9 If you use your mouth to say, "Jesus is Lord," and if you believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, you will be saved. 10 We believe with our hearts, and so we are made right with God. And we use our mouths to say that we believe, and so we are saved. 11 As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be disappointed."
Hope that helps some

Jesus meant what He stated, that He is the ONLY way to God and that in Him, all truth can be found. No one can acquire everlasting life except to go through Him to the Father. He's stating this because He knows that there will be false christs who will appear to lead many astray, false christs who will claim that they are the true messiah by which people can be saved. And we do have them. But there is no other name under heaven by which we can receive everlasting life. Jesus is the one.

Jesus died as a substitute for all of us. Our sins were imputed to him and judged by the Father. The Holy Spirit left Him, as HE who knew no sin was mad sin fo us so that we could have the righteousness of God. He paid the price. Our point of contact with God is His Justice. The only way to heaven is through faith in Jesus Christ.
It is sad to see so many blinded by Satan and his lies. Just remember it only takes one second to be saved.
The people on this site who bash Christians and say were brainwashed, just remember when you are dying, you still can have eternal life instead of eternal condemnation.
Peace out.

Well, this depends on two things.
Given when the bible was written as compared to when Jesus died, are you 100% sure this quote comes directly from the lips of Jesus? And,
Do you want to go to the "father" or the "mother?" If you wish to discover the mother, then another path would be advisable.

Awesome Question. I have a weird take on it. I believe that it means that we will all pass before Jesus when we die or after we die in judgment. That doesn't mean that everyone who has not heard of him will go to hell. Those who are without the law are not under the law. The holy spirit indwells all of us with the truth. That's why the people are so angry at GOD. They know deep inside that they need him.

The Bible says that Jesus died for all; therefore, Jesus died for all. God so loved the world, not just the Christian, that He died for everyone and it is up to the person to accept or reject Jesus. If he rejects Jesus, then the atonement is not applied to the person and he will go to hell. But, Jesus' sacrifice was not only sufficient for all, but intended for all.
Scriptures used to support an unlimited atonement are as follows:
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life."
"And we have beheld and bear witness that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world."
It was the human part of Jesus that died on the cross, not the divine. But, because He is both God and man in one person, and because He was sinless, His sacrifice is sufficient to cover the sins of the world.
Jesus has two natures: God and man. In other words, Jesus is both God and man at the same time. This is why we see some scriptures that point to Him being divine and others pointing to Him being a man.
When Jesus speaks of "your father or my father" he speaks as a man.
The Bible teaches us that Jesus has two natures: God and man. This is known as the doctrine of they hypostatic union.
The divine nature did not combine with the human nature and form a new nature called the god-man nature. That is known as monophycitism, and is incorrect.
Christ "claims" the attributes of each nature. Here is proof: John 17:5 says, "And now, glorify Thou Me together with Thyself, Father, with the glory which I had with Thee before the world was." Notice that the man Jesus is laying claim to pre-existence and glory that He had with the Father before the foundation of the world. This is because Jesus, the person, has two natures, divine and human, and the attributes of the divine nature were ascribed to the single person of Christ. He also makes the claim: 'Truly truly, I say to you, before Abraham was born, I am.' Therefore they picked up stones to throw at Him; but Jesus hid Himself, and went out of the temple."
He made himself equal to God and he got killed for this what the jews and romans called blasphemy.
In one answer I read Jesus is talking in Joh. 10;34 of other Gods. This is not true. He is citing Ps 82,6 were unjust Judges are reverred to as Gods.

Shalom,
It simply means the pattern Yeshua presented is the way back to the edenic kingdom of origination, NOT the man Yeshua being the way but his footsteps and his lifestyle as being the way. Only by living a consecrated lifestyle may your mindset be transformed to bring about the necessary changes needed to manifest the kingdom inside of you. Live the truth given to you to the best your conditions will allow you, in thought, desire, word and deed and more will be given to you.
Peace

Your answer is in the last word spoken by Jesus in the Cross as the words of God had been crucified because of its purity and simplicity; and now, myths and false witness commence.

It means that He is our Savior, and as such we are to OBEY His Word, and follow HIS example in order to collect our inheritance of eternal life in heaven, where He reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever.
