Organize a car wash with some of the other kids going on the trip, and during the car wash have a bake sale and "burger burn", many of the kids in our area do this. Maybe you can have a rummage sale, ask neighbors for donations of unwanted items, many are more willing to give up this stuff than money.

Besides the things listed below perhaps you could work at a privately owned grooming shop as a helper. You could perhaps help walk the dogs at a local boarding kennel. You could help an elderly neighbor with simple chores. You could care for your neighbors pets while they are on vacation. If you live near someone who is owner of a small shop, often they will pay a young person to do chores. Look around you, professional people never have enough time to do things around their homes and will often welcome some help.

Have a carwash, or a fundraiser like selling candy...
I don't know, thats all I got.
Besides hard Physical labor...
Clean windows, Sweep the neighbors driveway, rake up leaves, extra chores around home...etc. etc...

mow yards, allowance, babysit, take care of pets for people who are away, paper route, beat up younger sibling (Just Kidding), and maybe work something out with your parents for stuff that you can do that they don't want to do like clean the car. Good luck!
