At what dose does effexor xr begin to work on norepinephrine?

Just interested, I currently take 150mg.

Effexor is designed to work on norepinephrine at any dose. Of course your psychiatrist will be able to determine which dose you will need to most effectivly manage both your seratonin and norepinephrine levels.

It does at the very minimum step-up dose of 37.5mg. Traditional minimum prescribed is 75mg.
