1 - we have fun together and just want to spend more and more time together
2 - he made me a more confident, bubbly person and made me like myself for who i am
3 - he truly believes that i am the most beautiful girl in the world and lets me know just how special i am to him
4 - we're best friends and tell each other everything
5 - even though we have our ups and downs, the downs don't last long 'cos we hate being mad at each other and try really hard to sort out any problems
6 - he's really sweet and doesn't mind showing it
7 - he loves me and i love him
8 - we talk about our future together and know that we'll be together forever

You don't!!! It's all about a general feeling of who the person is. A girl that I truly loved broke up with me and said one of the factors was that I didn't do something, something very specific, she didn't say what, that people had told her meant that it was true love. I wasn't the one because I didn't do some tiny little thing that she expected "the one" to do. Think about how little sense that makes. Don't waste time looking for a sign from God; just go with your gut instinct.

Good question, talk about what issues are most important , sex, how to raise children, money and religion. Goals and dreams like where to live ,how close to family are each of you. Household chores ,who will do what. All this stuff will matter, a long engagement should be considered and visit with your and hers parents.

I don't think I have ever known anyone that was perfect for me. I was married, but I was young and he definitely wasn't perfect for me.....hope I find out soon though!
