I used to do boxing and on the build up to a fight usually starting 3 months before I had to basically cut all luxuries out. Sit ups aren't the key, you actually only need to do 3 sets of 20 cruches twice a week, the rest is dependant upon cardio and diet. Ensure not to eat starchy carbohydrates after 6pm. In terms of cardio, if it is only a six pack you desire, all you have to do is 40mins steady cardio 4 times a week, steady meaning just so it accelerates your heartbeat, i.e. fast walking. It isn't until after 20mins accelerated heartbeat when the body starts burning fat.

Hope this helped mate.

Everyone has a 6-pack. What differs people is the level of fat covering the muscles on your belly.
You need to get leaner to show the 6 pack and that is done with exercise and good diet.
You do not have ot eat food you don't like but you have to make sure you have a balanced nutrition. Salads alone will not help, you still need protein.
To get lean you need to burn up calories more than you take in calories. Get more active, run, bike.... and drink lots of water. On the side, eat right.

The six pack is the Rectus abdominis muscles that run one on each of the midline from the ribs to the pubic bones. the division in three sections is done by horizontal fibrous intersections (2) in each muscle.

We all have this arrangement. Unfortunately when the subcutaneous fat is thick the definition of the muscle is invisible.

So we need to get rid of the covering fat .The only way to get rid of it is

1. To burn it out by regular (almost daily) cardio of moderate intensity but long enough .

2. not to replace the calories burnt by an excessive amount. Here a lot of motivation, discipline and sacrifice is needed. Yes one CANNOT eat all the foods we like.

Do remember that All the foodstuffs that people enjoy eating all over the world contain enormous quantity of high calorie ingredients namely Fat and Carbohydrate .
THESE FAT AND CARBS JUST BURY THE SIX PACK.

LOL no dude you dont have to eat things you hate. I assure you. Its a good thing you don't like salad because salad dressing can be VERY fattening. You can eat tons of things other than that. You can eat a fruit salad. With some yogurt which is healthy. Cut up all your favorite fruit and add some yogurt to it and Vwala! I usually cut cantaloupe, strawberries, mandarine oranges, bananas, and grapes. With some fat free vanilla yogurt. That's just one thing. So do some crunches and excercise at least 5 days a week. If not daily. Good Luck with your 6 pack!

Hope I Helped!

There are three basic things that you need in order to achieve a six-pack. 1. Abdominal exercises 2. Cardio 3. Low calorie diet

You don't necessarily need to eat salads. Just make sure your diet is low in fat. You may have a very muscular abdomen, but you will not be able to see it if there is fat covering it.

One thing that might make up for a less than perfect diet is doing a lot of cardio which will help burn up calories.

no,just do sit-ups and crunches about 15-20 mins per day. Do them strict with good form, which means they will be painful and make your stomach muscles very warm each time you do them. The first 4-6 days you will be so sore that your stomach will feel like a giant bruise, but that will pass. After 6 weeks you will see unbelievable results..keep it up for about 6 months and you'll develop a six pack that will that will stay with you for many many years with just a little regular exercise. hope this helps.

Hi no, all you need to do is some sit ups everyday, or even more than once a day. All you need to do is really cut down on your food in take if you eat less calories iin the day you will lose weight. So it doesnt mean you have to do a veggie diet.

It depends on your body type. If you are an ectomorph (someone who is very lean) then just do ab exercises and they'll pop out. If you have some fat on your stomach, and you don't like salad, then eat less food, do cardio (ie running) and still do those ab exercises.

The key to a six-pack, unfortunately, is to have very little body fat. So, whatever you can do to lose body fat will help. Cardio, diet, etc.

Abdominal exercises will give you great abdominal muscles, but you won't be able to see them until your body fat %age gets low enough.
