We have 6 people in the office. We all want to lose a little weight. In addition to exercise, We think it will help to have some healthy mid morning and mid afternoon snacks on hand. What are some good suggestions? Fruit is obvious but not good for shelf life. What else?

Trail mix, fruit cups (they don't need to be refrigerated), yogurt covered raisins, pretzels, sugar free soft drinks/cocoa, popcorn, soup. String cheese would be good if you had a fridge.

Tip: Rice krispie treats are only 90 calories...

Popcorn without butter or salt. Twizzlers (fat free) and good stress reducers. Nuts (if a small handful is eaten before lunch they will reduce the amount of lunch eaten)
