built in freeview box. losted some channels and can't recover them?

reinstalled more than once,with no joy. got it in other room no problem

Look for changes/faults in aerial system, then re-scan for channels. You need a wideband aerial to get all channels

I assume you mean it's a digital TV, and it's NOT a signal fault.
Read the instructions.
Do a factory reset and autotune.
