My best friend recently had breast reduction but it leaft her with alot of scars. Her sister in law tould her to go to Colombia to have the surgical proccedure which was a very bad idea now she has no way of suin the doctore that took care of her and its been 6 months and her scars still look bad. Anyhow she meet this guy and she wants to sleep with him real bad but she says she's scare of what he might think of her breast...can anyone advise me ?
P.S.
He's younger than her ( she's 24 he's 21) so that has alot to do with it.

6 months is way too short of a time to worry about the scarring. I am at almost one year after my breast reduction and 95% of my scars are not visible.
Have her try Mederma, Scarguard, Palmers Cocoa butter or Palmers scar serum on her scars. Also massage them to help lessen the scars.

if it bothers her that bad she needs to find a reputable plastic surgeon and ask them how to repair the scars. She will probably be self conscious until she takes care of this.
