Rev 12:9 And that great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: she was cast out into the earth, and her angels were cast out with her.

Revelation 22:12-15—
12 And behold, I come quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give every man according as his work will be.
13 I am the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
14 BLESSED ARE THOSE WHO KEEP HIS LAWS, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
15 For outside are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and worshipers of gods (elohim) and everyone who professes to love, yet practices breaking the Law.

You just read the words of the Savior, showing the way to salvation. These words, the religions of today's world would rather you not read because you may start asking questions like, "Why aren't we keeping Yahweh's Laws today?" "Who is Yahweh?" "Why was Yahweh's Name removed from the Bible?" "Why aren't our prayers answered today?" "Why aren't we calling on and with the Name Yahweh as the inspired Scriptures tell us to do?"

If the people start asking questions and reading the holy writings, they will find that in the Bible, that preachers hold up in front of the people, are inspired writings condemning what the religions teach and practice.

Is the world keeping Yahweh's Laws that bring forth blessing? No, therefore Satan is real by deceiving the world. An example is given in Genesis where the serpant (Satan's preachers) deceived Eve just as Satan's preachers do today. Name one Law written in the Holy Scriptures that the worldly preachers teach today that we are to keep? The Sabbath? No. Think about it, the Savior said "if you will come into life KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS! The forth commandment deals with the keeping of the Sabbath, but what do the lying preachers teach? That all of the perfect Laws that leads one to perfection (Psa 19:7) are done away.

Don't be deceived.

This is the Jewish perspective on Satan:
The Bible speaks of a character known as The Satan, who acts like a prosecuting attorney, or a district attorney, in God's court. However, The Satan has no power or authority in and of himself, rather he must get permission from the Judge, God, to do anything.

Thank you for this fascinating comment - Islam's view of Satan is very similiar - the Quran says his plotting is weak and he doesnt have any influence over true believers -though we should watch out for his guile- i always wonder at some religions which make satan so powerful its like he is a rival God - he like all of us has no power independent of his creator

Hindu philosophy has a better description of satan i think, and i find it pretty convincing.

The idea is that there is god, and god's love, which pulls everyone towards greater love and spirituality, but to balance the love and spirituality there has to be something to keep us in the world or else we would all just float off like angels or something. And so there is a force that hides god and gods love from you.

They don't say that it is an evil angel though - just a force of nature...

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.

The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.

Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.

Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.

Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

thats why this is a test life and there is free will and the reward will be heaven.you have to choose to follow allah or satan and fight in the way of allah.fight for good and justice and make peace.
