There is a new fruit bar made by Trim spa W/ Hoodia. Its like 2-3 bucks a bar and you only get like 400mg of Hoodia (not a lot). I was on a long hike (5-6 hours) and brought it along for a snack. It seemed to work, but then again you are less hungry if you are regularly active. I also wouldn't rely in them. Really why wast you money?

I really agree with the brushing teeth suggestion. I think it works!

Other wise if you are craving sweets eat a serving of fruit and 1-2 glasses of water (if you cant drink straight water squeeze some fresh lime into it) then ask yourself if you are still hungry or crave sweets.

Hoodia works really well if you take a dose 1 hour before a meal. I started a diet recently and it really knocks out the appetite. Just check to see that the product contains real Hoodia.

i have found through experience that appetite suppressants don't work. i even tried the hoodia brands and it did nothing for my appetite...all these products will do is waste your money.

the only thing that will work for sure is to have your stomach altered...the banding is probably the best method as it is the least painful.
over 90 % of the people who diet end up gaining more weight then they lose. so maybe you are one of the 5 % who will lose weight.
good luck to you.
there is no magic cure to weight loss...just diet and exercise..groan..i know that sucks but it is true

I don't know of an appetite suppressant that you can purchase in the UK, as I live in the States, but brushing your teeth after you eat can help. That way, your taste buds won't trigger your brain to ask for more of a treat. My doctor suggested treating myself to a "snack size" candy bar (individually wrapped, approx. 1" square) or two and then brushing my teeth. Hope this helps - and saves you money so you can buy new clothes when you lose weight!

an apple works great. Weight Watchers has some good Candy bars that are only 1 point and it satisfies your craving for sweets.
