Put a lot of your effort into exam coursework. Marks gained go a long way to easing the pressure in hitting the mark in the written exam.
Use revision sites such as BBC Bitewise
I found writing but not actually using crib notes helped. Because of the need to condense to key points, I tended to remember most of what was needed.

Revise,revise,revise,revise,revise. Trust me, I didnt revise for mine and when I got my results I was stunned. A friend of mine studied for 6 hours a day while we were on study leave and hes currently studying at King George V college in Southport. The best college in the north west.

Doing past papers - Its suprising how often similar questions come up!
Asking for help
Working through things you dont understand with a friend as they sometimes can explain it in a good way!
At the end of the day, do your best, and you will get out of it what you put in!

well to be honest if you are learning in a fun way that can help
i believe that no matter how much you study you won't get the best grades to get the best grades don't study the topic but learn the topic with someone. and have some fun
studying will get you bored and tired and too much information in your head will disrupt your concentration.#
learn the topic in steps and do mini tests on it till you reach you grade that you want to achieve.
its not what grade you get its what how much you have achieved that matters
