1-2 lbs depending on how healthy you eat and how much you exercise, but 2 lbs is pretty much the maximum.

For guys its about 2-3 lbs.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Losing more than 2lbs a week will cause a lot of stress on the body. Remember to eat right work out and keep yourself hydrated to do it right.

I agree 1 or 2.

Make sure the largest meal is lunch....and the smallest is dinner and before 6pm.

Exercise will make it happen even faster.

Make sure you balance your protein and carb intake well. Too man carbs will add weight.

There are so many "Light and Health" Cookbooks out there, check them out.

Best of Luck

.5-1, maybe 2 if you really cut back on your calories.

but it is hard to keep that up without starving yourself, which leads to overeating then you gain it back! plus, the more slowly you lose weight, the more likely you are to keep it off. don't kill yourself. start small and try to eat healthy first.
