Ignore these idiots.
The 3-Hour Diet" emphasizes "when," not "what" you eat. According to author Jorge Cruise, eating at approximately three-hour intervals stimulates the body to lose weight, whereas spacing out meals beyond the three-hour mark sends the body into starvation mode and forces it to cling to stored fat. Fruits and veggies, sandwiches and protiens can be packed in your bag and eaten during your transition from one lesson to the next. Be discrete, but don't cram them down your throat too fast. Little and often is the key.

There is no diet that will work and be healthy for you if the name of it is the three hour diet. What do you think your doing to your body in those three hours? If you only need to lose maybe half a pound, which is all that could probably happen in that time, then don't bother with the diet at all. If you really want to lose weight then do it the right way with healthy portions of food and exercise.
