Abs arent just there. Like all muscles they must be worked on to be seen.

Situps and crunches are great for getting rid of belly fat. However, I have found for me that good ol' fashioned walking works best for me. I walk with weights and make sue that I am getting a good twisting motion when I walk. I walk normally 2-3 miles a day. I do also use my ab crunching machine as well- however, I do that more for the actual toning.

i would suggest sit ups, if you do alot of runnin, you will find that you get belly fat, so the way to even it out is to to quite alot of sit ups, but dont do them in the morning, because u will be stretchin your stomach through food that ur eating, so do them even in the afta noon, or evenin, but if that isnt enough best things to do is, ab twists, this is to stretch the legs an the abs, also if u have 'love handles' they slowly reduce too,
twists:
lie on your bk,
hands placed on the bk of ur head,
legs should be straight out
bend your left leg up towards your body,
n bring twist your right side, *usins hips* so ur left knee n right elbow meet,
n then vise verssa
i hope that helps :)

Each body stores fat a little differently. If you say you are in good shape then I believe you and then there is no need to change your exercise and diet patterns. This preoccupation with a 'six pack' is ridiculous. Its really unnecessary.
