My husband has to take lunch to work but cant reheat his food. He doesnt want to take sandwiches every day. I found recipes like macaroni pasta but that would get boring also. I need more recipes.

All kinds of salads are great. Make chef salad with leftover meats. Most poultry is great cold. Add some potato salad or cole slaw with cold chicken. Instead of sandwiches have crackers with cheese and cut up deli meats. Add some fruit for dessert. Egg or tuna salad sandwiches make a nice change from the more traditional meat fare. Vary the breads used for the sandwiches - sometimes flavored rolls instead of bread. Vary the starches as well. Potato salad, potato chips, cheese puffs, potato sticks, corn chips, etc. Add cut veggies like carrot sticks, celery, broccoli, etc. - maybe with a small container of dip. Also soups make great lunches. Get a good thermos that will keep them warm - either as the meal or to go with the meal.

I take my lunch everyday. I think variety is the key.

Can he use a freezer pack to keep things cold? If so, that opens a lot of options up, too.

Chicken Salad w/ crackers or bread
Tuna Salad w/ " " "
Green Salad
Pasta Salads
Wraps w/ sliced meat and veggies
cakes, pies, cobblers

You can also heat stuff up at home, and put it ito a Thermos. Fill thermos w/ hot water while preparing the food, then dump out so Thermos is already hot. This lets you do stuff like:

Chili
Soups, stews
Casseroles (entree or side dishees)
Mac & Cheese
Hot veggies
Taco Meat (to make tacos)
Sloppy Joe meat (send a bun)
hot cobblers or pie or fruit compotes
