There are some particularly effectual solutions and links above. i might desire to characteristic something. enable me factor out some ameliorations between actual stay aviation and Flight Simulator X. once you're flying a airplane on Flight Simulator X, you're able to do in spite of you like with an plane. you are able to cruise at an altitude of 500 feet AGL at 320 KIAS, increase landing kit and flaps to complete once you're cruising at 36,000 feet without harm, recuperate a stall employing a nostril-up enter, touch down at a descent fee of 1800 feet in line with minute with flaps set 0, come to an entire provide up after landing with the help of potential of pulling the parking brakes(with out enticing the opposite thrust or spoilers) and taxi around the airport by potential of guidance the nostril wheel with the yoke merely the type you steer a Grand Cherokee. no person asks you why. you ought to use any tabletop simulators for relaxing or to learn how to fly - yet be recommended which you are going to pass approximately coming up a sequence of unorganized, doubtful suggestions and extraordinarily incorrect innovations which will confuse you once you learn the actual innovations of actual stay aviation when you consider which you do no longer learn issues in a appropriate order. even nevertheless it rather is advantageous in case you hold your self as much as date with how issues paintings in the actual international. i think of it may be great to fly in the event that they have a simulator cockpit and controls. yet nonetheless, it rather is not something that i comprehend with which you will log flight hours.

There is no flight simulator in Microsoft Excell. that you are referring to is some of the data files, terrain, locations, maps etc, are stored in an excell format. clicking on them will open excell, but altering ANYTHING in them, will render them useless.
the simulator uses the files as they are written, and will update stored files on completion of 'missions' etc. it is not 'IN' excel, but uses database files. hope this helps.
