How does it compare to Tigi bedhead Manipulator?

It is much different than Manipulator. I have a short, pixie-style cut and I've used both products (not together) and was very happy with them. Manipulator has more of a gooey texture and Hard to Get is more solid--kind of like a thick, shoe polish texture. It gives you more of a matte look and is easier to control than Manipulator. It's good for a rough, messy look. It smells great, too.

The best one to use is a product called Texture Dirt from FX Special Effects. Much better than Bedhead. You can get it at any Walgreens.

I agree, Texture Dirt is probably the best product I've ever used.
