Try looking on your last P60 form it should have this detail on there. Or try the job centre that you were signed on with, you might have to take ID.

Local office should be able to tell you or give you the telephone number of the dept. in Ireland which does all the work now.

ask the local job centre when you began your claim and when you went back to being self-employed
