child status protection act in u.s. how can help an aged out child?

a child is included in prinicipal beneficiary application but before visa becomes available ages out even substactings days days application was pending for approval does not help.

The Act is extremely complex and difficult to understand. Believe me, I have to use it and it never gets easier.
