it depeds on the size of the photo but for a high quality kinda photo on a sony ericsson you can have about 6.
but if u meant 2GB
then about 1000+

Depending on the quality pf the mamory card, and the size of the pictures. If the pictures are a big then probably no more than 3 or 4.

Very very few. Are you sure it's only 2 megabytes? You can get a 512 megabyte card for like 15 dollars, and a 1 gigabyte card for only 25 dollars.

2 megabytes is really only a few pictures. You should check that again.

If you meant 2 gigabytes it's hundreds of pictures depending on the quality.

Well, I get 586 available on a 1mb card in my HP Photosmart R927. Could be fair to say that you would get twice that amount - depends on the quality I supose (the R927 is 8.2 megapixels)

we have just bough a 6 million pixel camera and have a 2MB card inside. we are getting around 645 pics with this card.

I think you actually mean...2GB
Because 2MB is tiny (one of my camera's jpegs are more than 2MB each)

2GB is more than plenty.
If your camera is 6-8MP then you should be able to shoot approx. 550-650 photos at the best quality.

It depends on how many million pixels your camera has...
3m pixels 2600 photos
4m pixels 2048 photos
5m pixels 1664 photos
6m pixels 1280 photos
8m pixels 768 photos

about 1 or two @ 1.3MPixels. If you meant 2GB memory card, then more like 1500 or so depending on resolution

If you intend to get nice photos with a reasonable resolution you could get just ONE photo!! Sorry....
