There's nothing wrong with eating it every day. You might get sick of it after awhile though. I just tried the new Weight Control instant oatmeal...i usually have that and a banana. It fills you up and is really good for you. Only 160 calories. They have a bunch of flavors.

You could probably live off of Special K if you wanted to. I don't think there are any really bad ingredients in it that would hurt you - except there is probably bht in it - an artificial preservative. If you're on a diet to try to be really healthy - you probably want to try to avoid preservatives like bht, bha and nitrites. Other brands have Special K like cereals without the bht or bha - you can get those at a Whole Foods Store or Nutrition store where they sell shelf stable packaged foods. Even regular grocery stores do have a health section where they sell this kind of cereal.

Sounds fine, especially with the fruit added on occasion. If you like granola ... another thing a lot of folks like it to crunch up 1-2 granola bars and then put yogurt on top ... very tasty and filling as a full breakfast, snack, or even desert.

That's perfectly fine and healthy. You will get lots of protein that way and it is good to have some fruit on the side.

I don't see why not either. It's fairly balanced. Keep the banana with it, though.

I don't see why not. It's far better for you than bacon and eggs like most people eat.
Go for it!
